While the workshop leader at Moms and Babes will care for the baby to the best of her ability, neither she nor any other persons connected to Moms and Babes will accept any liability for claims arising from accident or injury to the baby while attending a workshop session.

Parents / Guardians agree to waive and abandon any claim which may at any time arise and expressly indemnify the Workshop leader and staff against any such claim that may arise or be instituted.

Parents / Guardians attending the workshop agree not to participate directly or indirectly in the management or control of a business of a similar nature to the Moms and Babes franchised business for a period of 2 years. The parent / guardian acknowledges that this restraint is reasonable in order to protect the franchisor's business system and intellectual property.
